I have registered my candidates—what’s next?
Thank you for registering your candidates for a Cambridge English exam at our Platinum Exam Centre! Here's what happens next:
You will receive an automatic email confirming that your candidates have been entered into the system, but not yet confirmed.
We recommend that you check all details carefully at this stage as it is still possible to change or delete candidate information:
- Are candidates' full names spelt correctly? (These will appear on their Cambridge English results and certificates exactly as entered).
- Are candidates' dates of birth correct?
- Have you uploaded proof of university enrolment for candidates applying for the University Project discount?
- Have you selected the correct Speaking Test date for each candidate?
IMPORTANT: Once candidates have been confirmed, no further changes can be made.
Once you have confirmed your candidates:
- You will no longer be able to delete or change their details or exam session.
- You will receive an email confirming their registration, followed by another email with the invoice attached.
