
If you are a private candidate and would like to register for a Cambridge English exam, you can do so in three easy steps:
Check our exam calendar to find available dates and locations. Most tests are offered at various locations throughout the year.
Click on the registration button next to your chosen test and follow the instructions.
IMPORTANT: If you require Special Arrangements for your exam, you must request them during the registration process. To do this:
- Tick 'Yes' in the Special Arrangements section of the registration form (Step 3: Personal Information).
- Select your medical condition from the list available.
- Provide any further information that may be relevant.
- Attach supporting documentation to substantiate your request.
Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive an email with more information about the next steps.
Payment is due within the registration period.
Payment must be made within the registration period. If you register or pay after the deadline, you will be charged a late registration fee. A full list of exam fees can be found on this page.

IMPORTANT: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is compulsory to indicate the candidate's name and surname, the level and the date of the exam in the transfer. Any bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the sender. Our centre is not responsible for these charges.
Sending proof of payment
It is essential to send proof of payment by bank transfer to the following email address: registrations@exams-madrid.com. Your place on the exam will not be confirmed until we receive a payment receipt for the exam fees.
Andorra: If you are paying by bank transfer from a bank in Andorra, we recommend that you use our account at Banco Santander. If you choose to make the transfer to our Banc Sabadell account, you will need to add 4,50 € to cover the automatic charge that Banc Sabadell applies to international transfers.

I've already registered —what’s next?
Thank you for registering to take a Cambridge English exam at our Platinum Exam Centre! Here are the next steps:
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have completed your registration, regardless of your chosen payment method. This email confirms that we have received your registration and includes payment instructions if you did not pay online by credit or debit card.
You will receive a second email to confirm your exam registration once payment has been confirmed. This email will also provide you with additional information and support resources for candidates.
IMPORTANT: Candidate registration in an exam will not be considered confirmed until our exam centre has received payment in full of the exam registration fee and, where relevant, the late entry fee.
If you requested Special Arrangements when registering, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
Your request will be reviewed by our centre before being forwarded to Cambridge English. If we require any further information or clarification, we will contact you directly.
Once we receive a decision from Cambridge English, we will inform you of the outcome.
Exam documents will be sent at least 10 days before the date of the written exam.
You will receive the following documents by email:
- Confirmation of Entry (CoE): Contains the date and venue of the written and Speaking tests and practical information for the day of the tests.
- Exam regulations and conditions: It is essential that you read and understand the regulations before the exam. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Your Confirmation of Entry (CoE) contains the information you need to access your result.
To view your result, you must register with the Cambridge English results portal. You will receive an email notification when your results are available.

As soon as we receive your certificate from Cambridge English, we will notify you by email. You will be given a choice from two options:
- Collect your certificate from our office (no extra charge).
- Have your certificate delivered to your home by courier (there will be a charge depending on the destination).
