I've already registered my child —what’s next?

Thank you for registering your child to take a Cambridge English Young Learners exam at our Platinum Exam Centre! Here are the next steps:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have completed your child's registration, regardless of your chosen payment method. This email confirms that we have received the registration and includes payment instructions if you did not pay online by credit or debit card.

You will receive a second email to confirm your child's exam registration once payment has been confirmed. This email will also provide you with additional information and support resources for candidates.

IMPORTANT: Candidate registration in an exam will not be considered confirmed until our exam centre has received payment in full of the exam registration fee and, where relevant, the late entry fee.

If you requested Special Arrangements when registering, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

Your request will be reviewed by our centre before being forwarded to Cambridge English. If we require any further information or clarification, we will contact you directly.

Once we receive a decision from Cambridge English, we will inform you of the outcome.

Exam documents will be sent at least 10 days before the written exam.

You will receive the following documents by email:

  • Confirmation of Entry (CoE): Contains the date and venue of the written and Speaking tests and practical information for the day of the tests.
  • Exam regulations and conditions: It is essential that you read them with your child and ensure that he/she understands the regulations before the day of the test. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

For more information about exam day, please visit our support site, Exams Owl.

Your child's Confirmation of Entry (CoE) contains the information you need to access your result.

To view the result, you must register with the Cambridge English results portal. You will receive an email notification when the results are available.

You can find more information about results on our support site, Exams Owl.

As soon as we receive your child's certificate from Cambridge English, we will notify you by email. You will be given a choice from two options:

  • Collect the certificate from our office (no extra charge).
