We recommend the following Cambridge English Qualifications for further and higher education institutions:
B2 First equips students with the practical English skills required for undergraduate studies, technical and vocational courses and courses taught in English.
C1 Advanced is the ideal qualification to prepare students for undergraduate and postgraduate study.
C2 Proficiency demonstrates that students have the language skills to study demanding subjects at the highest level, including postgraduate and doctoral programmes.
Linguaskill is a multi-level test that allows you to assess the English language proficiency of individuals or groups for admissions, course placement, progress monitoring or graduation.
The Universities Project
Our Universities Project provides easier access to Cambridge English exams for all state undergraduate students.
Both private and state universities can join the project and organise exam sessions on campus for their students. Registration is simple and any university in Spain, Andorra or France can take part.
All undergraduate students at state universities can take the following Cambridge English exams at a discounted price:
- B1 Preliminary
- B2 First
- C1 Advanced
- C2 Proficiency
- Linguaskill (complete test)
Institutions that collaborate by signing a Memorandum of Agreement with one of our centres and Cambridge English will be entitled to use the logo below. This logo is awarded to institutions that register a minimum number of candidates each year.

Become a Preparation Centre
It is quick and easy to register as an official Exam Preparation Centre through our secure portal, Exams Madrid Online. Simply complete the short registration form and, once we have received it, we will activate your account.
We will then contact you to guide you through the next steps to join our Universities Project and allow your students to take Cambridge exams and tests at a discounted price.
What we offer
We organise exam sessions throughout the year, either at your college or university or at one of our regular sessions:
- Exams and tests at your institution - We will send a team of Cambridge English examiners to your centre to deliver the exams. You must have a minimum of 10 candidates per level and provide compliant exam rooms and secure storage facilities.
- Open exam sessions - We offer an extensive exam calendar with sessions throughout your region.
We offer a wide range of support for universities, teachers and students, including:
- Free Exam Preparation Masterclasses - These online sessions (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) help students familiarise themselves with their upcoming exams.
- Free learning resources and activities - designed to help students improve their English both in and out of the classroom.
