Exam sessions in your city
Many schools and candidates are unable to access Cambridge English exams because they are too far away from the nearest exam centre.

In line with Cambridge English policy in Spain, Our centre has created a project that will bring the exams closer to the candidates in the Comunidad de Madrid, Toledo, Burgos and Guadalajara by enabling them to take an exam in their own town.

What does the project involve?
Exams Madrid can organise an exam session in any town, village or city throughout the Comunidad de Madrid for the following exams:

What do we need to provide?
A minimum of 20 candidates per level
A venue for the exam session/s. This must comply with the Cambridge English exam regulations and will typically be a school, civic centre or college
A support person who must be available for the duration of the exam session
Secure storage to store exam materials for 3 - 5 days. Secure storage facilities must have limited access

Transport for Cambridge English examiners to and from the closest station if they do not have a car

What do we do next?
If you fulfill the above requirements and are interested in receiving further information on how to organise exams in your town please contact us on Tel: 911 041 761 or email [email protected]

Exam locations
Exams Madrid organises exam sessions in most towns and cities in the Comunidad de Madrid, Toledo, Burgos and Guadalajara. We also organise bespoke exam sessions in schools and institutions throughout Madrid and the Balearic Isles.

All of our exam venues are in central locations and easily accessible by public transport. Candidates will receive confirmation of the location of their exam prior to the exam date along with additional detailed information for their session.

Suitability of venues
All the venues used by our centre to deliver exam sessions are required to fully comply with the exam day regulations set out by Cambridge Assessment English. The following aspects are checked thoroughly by our team before choosing to use a venue for an exam session: distance between candidates, lighting, noise level, sound quality, etc.
In addition, venues are chosen subject to the number of candidates registered, exam type, level and specific requirements for each session. When choosing a venue, our centre tries to cater for the different geographical needs of candidates as well as their preferred exam locations, ease of access and popularity.
