Results and certificates |
If you are successful in the exam you will receive two documents: a Statement of Results and a certificate.
Universities, employers and other organisations you apply to may ask
you for either of these documents as proof of your English language
skills. This page contains information about how to interpret your exam result and how your result can be verified by third parties who may wish to check the validity of your Cambridge English result.

If you are unhappy with the result of your exam and you wish to query your results, please discuss this with us. If you are still unhappy, we can submit a Results Enquiry to Cambridge on your behalf. There are two stages to this process:
Cambridge English will not show or give access to candidates' completed exam scripts. The Results Enquiry must be submitted by the exam centre on your behalf and we will guide you through the process. There is a charge for each stage, which will be refunded should the enquiry result in a change in grade. Please note that if there is a change in the result but not a change in grade the payment will not be reimbursed. (Grade = A, B, C, Pass, Pass with Merit, Pass with Distinction). Please contact us for information about the costs and time-scales for a Results Enquiry. Further information regarding Results Enquiries and Appeals can be found here. Please note that your grade could go down as well as up as a result of a Results Enquiry. There are deadlines for requesting Results Enquiries, so you will need to contact your centre as soon as possible after receiving your results. *It is not possible for Speaking Tests to be re-marked.
