EXAMS-MADRID.COM hereby informs you that the personal data that you submit when you complete this form and, where mandatory, on the day of the exam (Test Day Photo), will be processed by ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES, S.L, the entity responsible for processing the data. All personal data will be collected and processed with the sole aim of providing the service or services requested as well as the management and processing of related payment/s. The processing of the personal data you have provided is legitimated through the express consent that you give as the father, mother or legal guardian of the underage candidate.

We hereby inform you that the data you provide will be stored in the files of ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES, S.L. Please view our Privacy policy for further information.

Failure to complete the obligatory fields on this form with the personal data required may result in your application not being processed. You are legally entitled to contact [email protected] to access, correct, limit and delete the data you have submitted and you have the right to file a claim with the relevant supervisory authority.

Payment:

Payment of the exam entry fee must be made on or before the registration deadline date. Failure to do this will mean that your registration is not complete and you will not be entered for the exam. If payment is made after the entry deadline date a late fee of 42€ will be applied.

If a candidate fails to attend on the day of the written or speaking exam for which he/she is registered he/she will not be entitled to a refund or to take the exam on a different date. If a candidate cancels before the entry deadline, the full fee will be refunded minus the current administration fee: https://exams-madrid.com/en/page/inscripcion#tab-2.

No refund will be granted for cancellations after the exam entry deadline. However, if a candidate is unable to sit an exam due to illness or a serious family incidence he/she may request a refund of the exam entry fee. In order to do this the candidate will be required to produce a medical certificate or, in the case of a serious family incidence, a relevant document.
